Lucy Sparrow’s “McHappiness” hosted by the Scope Miami Art Fair, is a playful and imaginative art installation that reinterprets the world of fast food through her signature felt creations. This vibrant exhibition transforms the familiar environment of a fast-food restaurant into a whimsical art experience, featuring meticulously crafted felt replicas of popular fast-food items and restaurant paraphernalia.

The installation showcases a wide range of felt objects, including burgers, fries, milkshakes, and nuggets, all rendered in vivid colours and intricate details. Sparrow’s exceptional craftsmanship turns everyday fast-food fare into charming and collectible art pieces, capturing the essence of fast food culture while adding a delightful twist of creativity.

“McHappiness” invites visitors to explore and interact with the felt creations, immersing them in a tactile and engaging representation of the fast-food experience. The exhibition cleverly mirrors the layout of a typical fast-food restaurant, complete with menu boards, counters, and packaging, but reimagined through the playful medium of felt.
